Youth Group Fall Retreat

It’s time to sign up for the Youth Group Retreat! We’ll head up to Twin Lakes Camp and Conference Center for a couple of days to learn more about God in His word and grow closer to each other as a group. This is the kick-off to our Youth Group “season”, so incoming 7th graders are invited!

REGISTRATION OPENS JULY 11th and DEADLINE IS AUGUST 11TH

DETAILS:

Dates: Leave Calvary by 5:30pm on Friday, August 25th and return by 10am on Sunday, August 27th. 

Price: $75 per student

There is no online payment option for this trip. Please make checks out to “Calvary Church”. Please give payment to Jordan on Sunday, or drop it off at the church office during business hours. I prefer that you do not drop it in the offering plate.

WHAT TO BRING:

- A friend!

- Bible, pen/pencil (and maybe a small drawstring bag to carry those with you)

- clothes/shoes for lots of outdoor activities. You will need close-toed shoes for some activities.

- clothing for an active water competition. The activity includes a lot of slipping and sliding out in the big field, so I recommend a swimsuit with something over top to protect against any scrapes.

- your own bedding and towels

- your own toiletries…please remember your deodorant

- optional: extra money for the camp store

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

- knives or weapons

- myriad electronic devices - please note that cell service throughout the camp is poor. There are a few spots with reliable service that can be accessed during meal times. I will ask students to put their phones away unless they need to contact someone.

- snacks containing peanuts. Please protect those of us with serious allergies!

In addition to registering online, please print off and complete the waiver below (you can also pick one up at the Welcome Center in the main lobby). If you are a student over the age of 18, please complete this form with your own signature.
