Called Out Conference

Cost:

• $60 per student before October 1st, after that...
• $70 per student before October 27th, then...
• $80 per student for last-minute registration

The Called Out Conference is back at Faith Church in Lafayette this year! This is a Friday evening + Saturday conference for youth groups and leaders to enjoy together. If you'd like to find out more about the conference speakers and emphasis, visit their site using this link.

For lodging, we will be hosted in Faith's Community Center. Similar to our Christmas Overnighter and Fall Retreat, there will be separate sleeping rooms for guys and girls, and students will be supervised by Calvary's youth leaders. Students will need to bring a sleeping bag; there are no beds in the building. I will send out more information about this arrangement as registration progresses. Please reach out to me if you have questions. 

In past years, I (Jordan) have signed up and paid for our group all at once. This year, however, I'd like each family to do their own signup; simply use the "register" link provided on this page, which will walk you through a FIRST registration on our site, then direct you to a SECOND registration on the conference website. I know that's a little bit tedious, but that will help me have an up to date list that matches the conference registration.

On the conference website, you'll be asked which church your student will be attending with. We are listed as "Calvary Church Plainfield."

We will plan to leave Calvary at 5:15pm on Friday, October 30th, and return on Saturday, the 31st at 8pm.

I will have pizza ready at the church on Friday so that we can eat as we hit the road, and I'll also stop to buy the group dinner on our way back Saturday evening; all meals are covered :)
