Praise: We've seen creative pursuits of relational ministry in our church throughout the pandemic, like using Zoom meetings to go through "Christianity Explored" with friends. Members hosted neighborhood parties to connect with people in their communities, and we continue to have a steady flow of visitors at Calvary.
Prayer: Three requests from 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12. A) That our God would make us worthy of our calling, B) that we would have ambitions for good and perform and pursue works of faith, C) that God would fulfill our ambitions for good and works of faith by his power so that in all of these God in Christ would be glorified.
Current Needs: We have a Christianity Explored training at Christ Community Church coming up. We would love to have people trained in that course before offering a section of it at Calvary in February or March. In addition, we need people willing to support specific outreach opportunities like our Disc Golf Course and Nursing Home Ministry.
